Brandie is absolutely amazing! She did a fantastic job planning our trip with very complicated issues with our kids and traveling out of the country. She is very knowledgeable and detailed. All of her recommendations with resorts were spot on and even better then we could have chosen ourselves. In addition we did a destination wedding, basically blind with regards to location, but everything was beautiful and perfect. I have never worked with a travel agent before this but now I will never travel without one again! Especially traveling out of the country. Would highly recommend her services! Brandie coordinated a sales event for our company, Mathews Company out of Crystal Lake, Illinois. The event was held in Hollywood, Florida. She handled all of our resort, side excursions, event meetings and travel accommodations. During these uncertain times it was tremendously helpful to have someone that understood the travel and hospitality industry and could help us navigate the current complexities and all of the changes as they came at us. She is a professional that made what would have been a very stressful event relaxing and easy. We were able to concentrate on the meetings, the logistics were taken care of. Brandie was incredibly responsive throughout the entire process. From picking a location all the way to the final billing she handled the back and forth with all parties involved. We had attendees from across the country converge on Florida and Brandie made sure everyone had the best travel arrangements and kept people appraised of any itinerary changes. She dealt with third parties for all the events we hosted. She dealt with the meeting space, a dinner banquet the food and other events we hosted throughout the week. She coordinated even little things you don't think of such as shipping arrangements for items we needed at our meetings. I would give Brandie my highest recommendation if you are planning a trip. If you have a full blown event such as a wedding or company meeting she is next level - we will never host another event without her assistance. After vacationing my entire adult life (20 years) without the aid of a travel agent, my wife and I were looking to find somewhere new to visit and turned to Brandie based on the recommendation of a very close friend who has relied on her help for several years. We couldn't be happier with the destination, accommodations and activities that we were met with after landing in Cancun. She made the entire experience very easy by removing the necessity to worry about things that I historically would coordinate: flights, ground travel to resort, resort bookings, etc. If we had to draw a picture of the perfect travel experience, from door to door, it would look like this last trip that Brandie booked for us!
